SPA POLICIES

 

Spa Policies

 

 

  • If you are unwell please let us know so that your appointment can be rescheduled. A Covid screen test will be completed upon entering. 

  • Please confirm your appointment with your esthetician, the receptionist or through our booking system. If you cannot make your appointment and need to reschedule, please give the spa 48 hours notice. If you do not show for your appointment and we do not hear from you, a deposit will be taken upon re-booking. Deposits vary from treatment to treatment.

  • The EI Spa understands that on occasion, unforeseen circumstances occur where you are unable to make your appointment. If that happens, please call the spa to let us know and we will be happy to give you a call back at your convenience to rebook your appointment.(Deposit will not be taken under this circumstance.)

 

  • If you are running late for your appointment, please call the spa as soon as possible to let us know. Depending on your arrival time, we will do our best to accommodate you and the client booked after you.

 

  • Spa guests must be the age of 18 and over or be accompanied by a supervised adult. 

 

  • It is recommended that you leave your children at home with your spouse or a supervised adult, as the spa does not have a waiting area for children while you are receiving your treatment. We want all of our spa guests to have the most relaxing treatment possible.

 

  • Please follow your pre-care instructions that your Esthetician gave you or verbally spoke to you about.  And please remember to bring along any extra undergarments, product or instructions that your esthetician has requested. (If you are unsure about instructions please be in contact with our receptionist or refer to the treatment you are receiving on our website for more information.)

 

  • The EI Spa is a non-smoking environment. 

 

  • Free parking is provided at the front of the building. (Stalls are marked.)

 

  • The EI Spa will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.  (Please leave valuables at home.) 

Spa Etiquitte

 

  • Please make your esthetician or receptionist aware of any health concerns and/ or allergies prior to arriving at the spa. If you have any major health concerns a doctor’s note will be required prior to starting any treatment.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that you have time to fill out any client forms and can start relaxing prior to your treatment.

  • A spa robe and slippers will be provided to you prior to your treatment. A garment bag will be given to you for your personal items, which may be stored in your treatment room.

  • Outdoor shoes are not permitted, especially during the winter and spring muddy months.

  • Minimal to no perfumes are appreciated. (You may be required to stop the use of perfumes and deodorant before your scheduled treatment)

  • Minimize wearing jewelry. You will be asked to take it off during most treatments.

  • Please turn off cell phones upon entering the building.

  • We offer refreshing cucumber or lemon water for you to enjoy before and after your treatment.

  • Please refrain from bringing outside food into the spa.

  • It is recommended not to eat a heavy meal prior to your treatment.
